well at least all losing ante post bets would be refundable.........
2/3/2018 Three inches of snow at Cheltenham, drifting in places
The snow we expected came overnight and we've had snow through the day, probably about three inches of snow. We managed to get the site operational quite early this morning to continue the set-up for the festival. There's been some drifting of the snow around the fences and hurdles in places. We expect the snow to continue this evening but from tomorrow onwards turning to rain and getting milder.
Clerk of the course Simon Claisse is looking forward to a rise in temperatures after a significant fall of snow, The f/cast for next week is rain on/off, looks like we will soft ground come Tues 13th of march,
