Tubridy ,  500K a year or just under.

A truly dreadful TV presenter and his 1 hour radio show is dreadful.

Darcy  ,   400K

A truly dreadful TV presenter and his 1 1/2 hour radio is the worst on the airwaves at the moment.
It usually  consists of him telling us about his wife and childs activities and how his weekend went followed by an interview with someone that rescued a cat from a tree  that was  a snippet in the sun or mirror the previous week.

Duffy , 400K  or just under

I dont like him personally but is good at his show and his replacements show how good he is.
Worth the money as i imagine he brings in the revenue and would be a loss to commercial radio.

Finucane,  300K plus

For a few hours on the weekend ?

Nicky Byrne ,   200 K

Really ?

Claire Byrne and Miriam worth their 200K but who did Dave Fanning p1ss off that he never makes the top dozen or so ?

Strange that two of the more talentless on the books are the highest earners.

Jesus wept none of them are worth any more than the average industrial wage. The biggest trough going in the state is in Montrose.

The biggest insult is the c**t Tubridy getting the artists exemption with that thick gob5hite Paul o'connell.

Miriam o Callaghan is one of the worst. Absolutely useless at everything she does. Darcy , Byrne and finnucanes wages are truly disgusting. None have even a modicum of ability.

The little world they live in is comical. The red head trout blanaid was moaning about how she had to take in students over the summer to make ends meet ffs.

As pat Kenya listenership figures have shown, you could put a 5hit on a stick in front of the camera/microphone and people would still tune in. Hardly surprising given the majority of their listenership is wheeled in and forced to listen and watch in the nursing homes of Ireland

How can these salaries be justified in a organisation thats losing so much money??
These salaries should be reduced to a maximum of 200K , with local radio stations, sky etc ..RTE is just a South Dublin gravy train

One big mistake the Radio Stations made was allowing these blood suckers put their names on shows -Pat Kenny Show-Ray D'arcy Show,George Hook Show etc,the program names should have been kept generic (Morning Ireland,Drivetime etc) and any presenter could have slotted in and the bargaining chips would have been decimated.
