Not sure I know any of the above though I was in Bellewstown on Sat and saw a guy whom I thought had died years ago,he was about 5ft and when racing at Shelbourne would always have a suit and on occasions wore a hat,he must be well into his 80s at this point in his life.

Max. ok, so not the trainer I referred too. Yes he was the bookie who normally priced up the field at 2/1 and would take a tenner or score at that price and then made the book accordingly. He is retired now from bookmaking . Might know the guys to see that you are talking about , but not by name, sorry .

lucky the last time met him was after the other toss tip he gave me winning on derby night 90 91 but ive decided to start go racing again as ill have a bit more time soon so hope to see him there or at leopardstown. i rememeber backing the other toss a/p because he was so sure about manorville magic the previous year but the odd time he did help me and and mate out with the busfare home lol
