Tried to start a thread with this companies name in it highlighted how the Greyhound Derby entries closed over 24 hours ago and the field has been released 23 hours ago and yet they still have not fixed the market, they have so many dogs not entered still in the betting and even a dog deceased for months. As I said I get it they don't care about greyhound racing as it makes them buttons compared to other sports but if they're going to put a market up do it correctly ffs, the place is a sham these days, they've ruined what used to be a great site to bet with in the early days.

You have a legitimate gripe,that is basics and you are a customer,rather than a heavy handed approach surely the correct business protocol is to actually take your points on board?
On ante post forum there is a request thread at the top,whether that has fallen into the abyss i haven't a clue but it did work for me albeit a couple of years ago.
