I have just spent the last 30 minutes listening to him on Sean O'Brien radio programme...

The most profound, amazing, compelling, touching brave extraoardinary piece i have ever listened too.

Very good stylish jockey,always thought his style was very similar to Francomes.

It was Sean O,Rourkes programme in case anyone wants to podcast it.Came across as a very modest chap.I would rather drink Jeyes Fluid than read his poxy book.He would be lucky to get a go on a merry go round if was riding now.

Listened to a bit of it myself and had to turn it off. Stomach churning stuff in the extreme, his relationship with Curley is all you need to know about him.
From my memory of him, he was no more than a posh journeyman, but listening to him this morning, you would have thought he was Lester Piggott.

Jeyes Fluid,showing your age there Purpose,haven't seen that since i was a kid.He wasn't as bad as you paint him though,Josh was a tough taskmaster if a somewhat emotional man,and wouldn't have given Declan the rides he did if he wasn't up to scratch .
