Frank, no disrespect, but even by Irish standards Katie Taylor and the whole idea of women's boxing , is a total embarrassment.
It's not a sport, and she isn't any kind of a role model. |

I do like a spot of rugby calling card, played at the top level , in a knockout game in a meaningful competition, there wouldn't be many better sporting events.
Ireland won a friendly tonight if I'm not mistaken , but that's what Ireland are good at in rugby . When the two teams are trying the Irish don't have such a good record unfortunately. |

Ireland beat New Zeland, S Africa, and the Aussies in one calander year, friendly or not a great year for Irish Rugby, great to see so many young players coming on as well.

why are you so negative on IRISH sporting teams, its sad from a man who probably never played sports at any decent level and scurries around the ring leeching snippets of info from the MEN in the know , a sad existence for a man destined for greatness . ah well the rest of us deluded people shall continue to enjoy every sporting occasion for what its worth and not just for financial reward ... life will be more fun for yourself and the rest of your mob when the scowls are removed from your faces and you learn to live a little god love yis |
