These overnight prices are a scourge. What clown has taken the price on Blue Bullet? Probably got 10 euro on it. Highly doubt Conor O'Dwyer trains it anyways!!

Could be a N/R? Books looking to kick in a big fat R4 on early prices, happening on a frequent basis on Irish racing. I recall at the end of August a N/R in Roscommon was shortened from 33s to 11/4 before officially scratched.

Fastidious wan that horse and it runs tomorrow. 14/1 into 6/1. Presume both will be non runners or hopefully run and burn whoever was ruining the show.

You're correct on Fastidious BWS, however it was 33's with WH, PP. Korals at 9:30 on morning of that race. I doubt anyone would be staking any amount on a Conor O'Dwyer runner although Hueston was certainly trying at the last meeting here and went close...

Id say he was going to form part of a bigger gamble but as always some clown couldnt resist having his few euro on and ruining the whole thing.

Same with the first race,the 6/4 was around 7.0 , 6/4,15/8,2/1, 11/1 bar.

M'o Callaghan gamble failed,he had nothing positive to say beforehand, he did with Intrepid Prince and 8/1 looks a decent ew play.

Scummy card tonight, plot and sub plot which were in fairness called early on the forum.

I wouldn't mind what he said it didn't say. I'd say they are sick that the price was taken last night on the Bullet

What happened in that first race in Dundalk was pure market manipulation.

A story was put out about a gamble on the Levins horses some unfortunates joined in with multiple bets.
The first leg was Palavicini Run obviously unfancied and a huge drifter on the exchanges, however the Dundalk ring is notoriously weak so a couple of hundred quid got this unfancied horse to shorten from 2/1 into 6/4.
This reduced their liabilities on these multiples they themselves had encouraged plus guaranteed that the FAV merchants would do their dough.

Very sharp practice.

In fairness Levins went on record and said he didn't fancy his.

I hope it is an isolated case and someone in a media position will speak out if a repeat.
