D'Arcy was supposed to be a huge draw that had his salary covered by advertising, I haven't seen any figures but the media consensus seemed to be that it was true. The mark up on a cup of tea never ceases to amaze me,5c a tea bag? that will be e1.50+, nice one.
Good ingredients and a fair mark up is acceptable but 2 slices of bread and the filling is 3e+ for a sanger, it hardly is work intensive and the rent and rates aren't your fault.
