Is the kid who from City who spent time in Holland and is now at Blackburn any good? Supposed to be a skilled ball player. Would be a nice compliment to the strength of Hendrick. I prefer Robbie Brady in a wider position.

Can see Hendrick playing that role off long again in future, gives us a great pressing option. Not great on the eye, though.

It won't matter who we have in any position as far as I can see Neill, we were run off our feet , pushed off the ball , legally  might add, too easily .It really was man against boys in the first half . I d be worried for us against the stronger teams if O'neill dosen't change tatics...

I think its fair to say Martin o neill is a lucky manager lads.

Frank , you could be right , so be it ,  I'd like to see us spray the ball with more urgency, everytime we broke we only had one player looking to get into position , they broke in packs .

Cant see the correlation between 'spray the ball' and the Irish football side. I do believe Martin is a lucky manager.

Lets hope Wes can perform.

Am i alone in thinking McCarthy is very overated?

McCarthy looks like his head is gone. Martinez finished him off and unlike Coleman has not bounced back. Koeman looks like he wants him out.

O'Neill looks like he hates RTE Laugh

A lot of people hate/dont particularly like RTE. I dont think MOM said anything wrong but merely pointed out a fact. RTE - what a crowd of over-paid wasterals wasting the people's money and unsurprisinly not a word from the looney lefties. MOL not far off the mark. Then you have Eamonn Dunphy trying to be controversial to keep his own profile up - he talks some carp - someone should keep a record of what he says and check later on (I couldnt be bothered doing it as he's not worth it). He suggests Ireland should play like Dundalk and within hours they get humped 3 nil at home. Aye we'd do well in internationals playing like that. Of course RTE rather than serving the public, as they are supposed to do, they want to keep their own profile up. THE SOONER THE LICENCE FEE IS TAKEN AWAY FROM THEM THE BETTER.
