First trip there since 1991 today, Galilean in the first sure to come on for hisrun at Naas , Jet Setting has the form in the bag and looked as if she was going to be involved in the finish when still on the bridle turning in at Leop finding little , again sure to improve from the run.Hargam going to take a chance on this ones fitness today ,will have a look in paddock .ADO has always had the makings of a chaser and hopefully Mouse has another future champ on his hands .
Best of luck all punters as Norn would say...

Downforce in the 2 45 is a cracking bet at around 4/1,will go on the ground and the step up in trip will be a big advantage,

I think Galilean is a lay at the current 1.69.

Will go down as an unlucky loser but I think he might be a bit slow and will need a few attempts to lose his maiden.

First visit in 25yrs I think I'll wait another 25 before revisiting , Poor ride in the first imo . Jet looked right back to her best , Hargan will come on a ton for the run , ADO got very warm before hand , finished tired .

Not really disappointed Jimeen , just not my sort of track, had a meal in the resturant was ok, staff very nice though . Last time I had a runner there it finished last . They have made some nice changes also . as I say not my fav track...

As it happens I agree with you, and for a country track the facilities aren't bad, but it wouldn't be my favourite either, far from it in fact.
I always had it down as soulless, the track is too flat, it has no character .

Soulless was the word I was looking for..

Speaking of ‘soulless’ then Death Duty next Tuesday should bring it back to life for you boyos. Ruby specifically mentioned him today after winning the Nov Ch on Rathvinden. Devil

Death Duty makes winning chase debut..."that’s job done. You get messy races like that but he never came out of second gear. He (Russell) said he was so brave the whole way, he was trying to get him to pop. He said going down to the last, I didn’t want to give him a kick going down to it as he could turn upside down, so he said ‘I had to sit and get in close’. He is a very good horse and the one thing he has to be, to be a champion is he has heart. He could have got beat there when he made the mistake but to be a champion you have to have the heart. He has won over 2m4f last year and I’d imagine we’ll find one more race and then the Drinmore, all being well. If he went down and winged the last, he’d have won six or seven lengths on the bridle but he could do no more than what he did" - Gordon.

...and Gordon has a treble - 2/7 with Roaring Bull - He's still a big baby and will be a nice horse for next year, 1/5 DD & 7/2 with newcomer Legacy - he has to be okay and he'll go for a maiden hurdle next. He's a big three-mile chaser in the making.

Last year at Punch festival had my last £50 on Roaring Bull, was walking towards the gate as it looked beat and out the back, then it got involved and lo and behold got up,cue one happy punter heading back to the bookies.
