The Minister for Finance Mincer Noonan calls a EMG ......
It been the Sunday of a All Ireland only the following turn up ..
Mincer , a Uriagh Heep type fella .
Rocketfingers, Jackie Healy Rea in all but name .
Tobywong, Micawber " Something will turn up " .

Mincer stands up and begins to address the assembled Deputies , Gentlemen I've called this EGM this morning in the hope that we can effectually sort this mess out .
Brussells has landed us in real trouble , for years they told us to tighten out belts , now the bastards are giving us money hand over fist , what are we to do I ask ye ,what are we to do , Rocket , makes a move to rise ,but Mincer gives him a withering look that puts the fear of God into him and he sits back down . Raising his voice before reaching for his glass of water before popping another pill , this ones for colic he explained to Rocket when asked what it was.Taken aback is what I was when I recieved the news , for the love of Jaysus I thought to myself how am I going to explain this . One minute I'm preaching austherity , the next I'm landed with billions . Clearing his throat and spitting into a bucket at his feet, he pops a green one while at the same time opening another bottle , this time taking out a yellow one ,for the horn he again explained to Rocket. Rocket at this point had turned to Tobywong asking for a lend of a coombe. Sweat starting to spread across his face , he always felt intimidated when Mincer went on one of his rant's , pulling at his braces which were red in colour then letting them smash into his shoulder making him more uncomfortable .Mincer continued , I stand here and ask for your advice,whats to be done . Toby stands up, looking Mincer in the face he says . Minister Mincer, not having had much time to to prepare myself, and like yourself been shocked with the amount of money been offered by those bastards I had a brief discussion with my friend Mr Wallace.
His suggestion was as follows ,we should keep the money and start and start growing cannabis across the whole Country , making Ireland one of the worlds biggest exporters of the weed . Rocket swiftly jumps to his feet , Minister in Gods name how could you listen to such crap! The most benifical way to spend it would be to start knocking down the Showgrounds , Toby notices a smile cross Mincers face and knows straight away he has lost the argument , Mincer owns a demolition company . Rocket continues , building a new stadium for the whole west of Ireland is the way to go , I see the building of a new 300,000 seater soccer only stadium just outside Sligo town as a huge tourist attraction . They would fly in from Japan in droves to see the Reds in action . To be continued ...
