Forget them Tony.
Backed the Bolger horse last time but first handicap and not owner style to win handicaps first time in them. Your next horse is useless and again no run over hurdles which more than likely won't win. martins will win the first 7/2 War of the Penny's in the third at 11/2 Aretisone in the maiden hurdle is prob not much use but 3/1 will probably win. |

i take your point on the first bws...first time in handicap i know you dont like backing them..fair enough..but the 2nd one to me if it jumps has a great chance? kid taking 7lb off and i hope it,ll like going up in trip in what looks to be to be a weak race? the mare won her bumper..the 2nd won nto..and the 2nd to that won nto?..as ive said if it jumps and normally elliot do..i think the price is fair.

Anyone know why there are pretty much no good jockeys at this meeting?
4.40 Russellstown 4/1 Oighear Dubh is inconsistent and has never lived up to expecations, yard's back to form but that didn't help him last time. Antiphony is ungenuine. Russellstown ran quite well on first start for Holden and could go on from that. 6.40 Seven Nation Army 9/2 Seemingly ungenuine hurdler but yard's chasers do much better, and this is a really poor beginners chase. 7.10 Duckweed 9/1 Had a great start over fences, and wasn't disgraced last time on totally unsuitable ground. I think she is sure to go well and may have more progress to come, don't think it's a brilliant race. Down Under has claims of bouncing back on better ground too but may be the owner's second string. On Westinmare, the slow pace killed her the last twice, and you typically get very strongly run races at Kilbeggan so this should be more suitable but she looks a bit moderate anyway. Very poor card on the whole. |

Money for a JP horse in the morning would not be a positive!

Andy Holding tipped it up (William Du Berlais).

I doubt he has any sway on the market. He looks well treated and cost plenty of money but the fact that its his first handicap is enough for me to lay it.

He does have that much sway.
Knows the Irish racing form better than anyone IMO. |
|
By:
Yes he crashes the price, claims to be out of form though.
