there is a thread on this horse in the bloodstock section but i said i'd do one here.................
what can be said about this horse?..............he does a book of about 200 per year............o'brien gets minimum 50 and seriously the amount of good horses he produces is crazy..........i wont bother with the historical stats.....i will just comment on leopardstown on thursday
he sired the impressive douglas mccarthur to win the maiden, and he sired the winners of the two group 3's

im not a bloodstock expert but this stallion does it year in year out and he sired the greatest of them all FRANKEL

I agree with you about Galileo but can't agree that Douglas MacArthur was impressive,he was the only one in the field that had ever raced before and seemed to get a solo,Utah was certainly given an easy.
There was nothing I liked about Douglas MacArthur today.

He ran in what are for me new colours, this M J Joost seems a new victim,I don't know how much he has but he will have a lot less when they've finished with him.

Keeps producing consistently . Mega .

Liked Churchill , second I suspect is more than useful .

McArthur disappointed first time , time will tell his worth .

He always had an incredible penis.

Good to see that it is finally getting the recognition it deserves.

Markus Johannes Jooste. He is South African and is worth about $700 million.

Massive owner in South Africa, his best horses are seen in Dubai every winter. He and "the lads" would be pretty well met. Don't remember any rumours of Joost ever being bailed out over his property interests either!

I thought it was a odd decision that Aiden ran him in the BREEDERS' CUP CLASSIC were he only finished 6th to Tisnow, otherwise he had a great career.
