Who knows with Mr Fallon, Still fighting his demons to this day.
Report wildmanfromborneo July 4, 2016 12:27 PM BST
That's the three Fs gone.

First Fenlon.
Followed by Fallon.
Finally Farage.

That's the nearest I've got to cursing in print.

Severe depression according to the medics . Up and down career , particularly in recent years , at his best very good . I seldom backed him though , compared with other champion jockeys ( he was champion 5 times ) .
Report Clerkmore July 4, 2016 4:53 PM BST
He retired a long time ago.
Report mitch leary July 4, 2016 6:28 PM BST
He was champ six times and often got a raw deal.
I mean fallon gets done for coke and he's a villain.
Frankie does coke and he's a hero.
That's only one instance. He was completely hung out to dry when his licence to ride in England was taken away pending that investigation for race fixing.
At his best there were few better. Happy retirement King Kieren.

A man who career from his time as apprentice to Kevin Prendergast thru his time with the Ramsdens and his brushes with the BHA over the race fixing was always colourful. Depression has probably set in over the last few years when he realised how much of his talent was wasted and how he ended up in the company and aligned to part of the current Dublin based gangland fued.
Fallon talent aside is most affable and naïve, anybody who witnessed his company at the Shelbourne Park greyhound stadium a few years ago will testify that he trod in very thin ice.
Was young O Callaghan correct to align himself with KF after his recent jockey selection error's with S Kelly and F Lynch is debatable.
The last week should teach him to use the best available or sign an Irish based jockey and not import trouble
Report mincer11 July 4, 2016 9:36 PM BST
May he be retired for 1000 years .
Report CALLING CARD July 4, 2016 9:39 PM BST
Amen Amen but I would like a few more to go too namely David Niall R and Jaypees handbrake men
corrupt as fook
Report mincer11 July 4, 2016 9:43 PM BST
Plenty of jockeys ride to orders calling card, when they cross the line and do it for their own benefit, then thats when you can describe them as bad eggs.
Most jockeys would like to ride a trier in every race, but circumstances dont allow such.
Report CALLING CARD July 4, 2016 9:48 PM BST
point taken but handbrake Eddie Ahern and Winning Fairs son escaped for the whole interim of their reign
he was as guilty and wretched as one could find ok
the K cartel have been busy punting young O C horses lately on his instructions
Report Kelly July 4, 2016 11:44 PM BST
Some interesting viewpoints on this . Better than people just slagging each other off .
Report Bigwillystyle July 5, 2016 10:23 AM BST
Calling Card thats a serious allegation.  Sad if he is mixed up with that lot!!
Report Ozymandius July 5, 2016 12:40 PM BST
All I can say is, Wonks better have his Kevlar Y-Fronts on if he is hanging out with you at the races.

In fairness, I now know why "his opinions would be of interest to you"...you intend using him as a human shield.  You could have picked a man of greater stature, I guess you went straight for the gullible candidate instead.
Report workrider July 5, 2016 5:28 PM BST
Ozy, a bit put out that I refused the luncheon request....
Report tony57 July 5, 2016 6:55 PM BST
no doubt about his talant as a horseman though? the best flat jockey ive seen in his prime, remember one sunday @haydock he rode 4 winners on the bounce 3 favorites and a outsider..but he was just head and shoulders above the others..what finnished him was that injury at ascot nearly took his arm off..never the same after that..for sure he was bent..but we know hes not the only one we see it many times in a season in both countrys...but you cannot deny he was some horseman.
Report neill d July 5, 2016 7:04 PM BST
I bet he sees the lives/stature/money that the likes of Dettori and McCoy have now and thinks, "I should've had that". That's what kills him.
