Ah sure WR i knew Seamie when he was in Sligo, so i know better than anyone where he was born but it was training he received at Rovers that made him from the club's coaching staff.
Clerk i agree but he had very little protection either, that Swedish fb was their best player. |

Strange hearing Giles talking about how he was trying to get Hoolahan "out of Shelbourne" as in pimping him to English clubs and trying to take some of the credit for him as if he had discovered him. Sadlier says he was doing the same as a scout for Millwall.
Funny old game is right. Trap seems to be getting the most abuse for not picking Hoolahan but same thing could be leveled at Brian Kerr who never picked him either and he knew the LOI inside out. |
