We certainly have short memories.
When Ireland got in trouble the EU put the boot in,forced us to take on debt that wasn't ours. The EU is run for the benefit of Germany and France and big business. Its a rich mans club who's only God is profit, they don't care about society, they want extra markets and unlimited cheap labour, that's why they hate the Nation State. Sir Peter Sutherland ( Goldman Sachs director,ex EU commissioner ) wants to smash the nation state for one huge market. Amazingly Sinn Fein who for years fought for Irish independence are now cheerleaders for this evil empire, having had freedom for less than a hundred years they want to cede to an unelected cabal of wealthy unscrupulous businessmen. Large parts of Britain are gone,London has a Muslim Mayor and few cockneys,Birmingham full of no go Muslim areas. Its so far gone that they will sadly vote to remain, this will embolden the EU,make it expedite Turkish membership and further integration. I've lost hope in this referendum but think the EU will collapse. My hope lies in the East, these countries having finally got independence dont want to throw it all away, they still believe in the Nation state. |

It is ludicrous, they have no business in this at all despite the consequences it may bring.
That is two sided as it can be held to blame if down the line it turns bad. (Just like heads looking at their toes concerning Le Niamh,as we speak Le Roisin is now employed to "assist" a whole other continent altogether, there will be no accountability whatsoever.) No chance with this referendum indeed, the usual scaremongering will work, the knocking off of the price of your house is the clincher. Austria et al are the only hope indeed, they have dealings a lot more with this absolute craziness and are now smelling the coffee. |

Poor English there apologies,
Point is Le Roisin is giving them a taxi to Italy while the rest of European Maritime is trying to keep them in Africa. You have the lads whose business is immigrants praising the Irish Navy to high heaven on top of it. Why aren't they trying with the rest stop them? |
