Backed long dog in the AB hurdle, has a touch of class and connections seem hopeful he will stay the trip.
Djakadam for the Gold Cup, if he stands up he should go very close. Dandridge for the Grand Annual. Seems like the strong traveling sort that can do well in this race. Moore/Russell won this 8 years ago and Russell is an unbelievable rider around there. As you can see above I think the Irish wi have a very good day today. I'm no more interested in the prestbury cup than the next man but I think Ireland will get more winners than Britain today so have backed Ireland to win it @ 11/8. Good luck all. |

Well done Ivanovich backers, the flat class shone through - bad start for the day.

By:
Ignoring form you might have backed this , but after being beaten into fourth behind Footpad last time out , how could you fancy this one ? Well done to anyone who backed it , but...

The only horse I'm 100% confident won't be winning the gold cup is cue card, has had a hard season and don't think he'll stay, has had his day no way he's at his peak at 10 years of age, massive lay.

What a horse the DON is. Delighted for this horse ,have followed him for years and time after time he's done the business for me...
By:
Irish 123 in Gold Cup . Has that happened recently ? Djakadam looked likely at one stage , why did he drift out to 6.94 SP ? Presumably he was the reason Vatour ran in the Ryanair .
By:
No doubt in my mind Cue Card would have p1ssed that if he stayed on his feet
By:
And Vautour would have laughed at them all if they ran him in this
By:
Cue Card would have folded before the last imo . Don PROVED he is a TRUE stayer, he went away from Jackadam as if he were standing still , and would no doubt have done the same to Cue. If you watch the KG you'll see that before he fell he had gone BY Cue jumping the 2nd last .
