newbury 5.10 cultivator@4/1
trainer normally has one ready for this race, ran 3rd in it last season won @ascot nto were he pulled but still got up, some nice sorts in the race with the fry horse being a big danger imo, but this one is liked a lot by the yard
3.10 doncaster briery belle @7/2
sister to briery queen (same owner)had form interlocked with yesterdays winner, now goes up to 3m which those close to the horse think she has been crying out for she beat a decent sort lto (who has won since) the favorite is a worthy one but with ground and trip in her favour she,ll go close imo
3.45 doncaster, the last samuri @11/4 when with mccain he told all that this was a grand national horse, he jumps for fun whicvh will be needed here.

Briery Belle not a sister, or otherwise she is a sister to about 1500 or more horses in the past few years. Looks to have a decent chance but will be interesting to see how bad the ground is there today.

Looks a very moderate bumper at Gowran. I guess it usually is but you get nice horses in it such as Yorkhill. Tyner mare won nicely last time but it was a weak race. Maybe Monalee might be the first half decent horse for the owner.

Very poor fare today indeed. To be expected I suppose with the festival on our doorstep.

Kelso would have provided the best of it.

I am on that Yes I Did myself Huddys. She has pulled very hard in a couple of her wins, but wasn't quite as headstrong the last day. Nothing against Bridget Andrews, but you would imagine Robbie Dunne can do an even better job on that front.

She is a very decent sort for the grade.

Briery Belle will probably improve for the trip, but will certainly have to. I think she may be left behind when they quicken though. If she tries to match strides with the fav, her goose may be cooked before then.

The Organist has to prove she wants this trip, and Hollies Pearl doesn't jump well enough.

Really fancied Royal Birth in the 3.40 Ling. But find myself on at 5-2, when 7-2 was freely available this morning. Sometimes the early bird gets a rotten worm! Have topped up. Think he will take a lot of beating.

Backed Double Island e.w at 2s in the 2.45.

The 2s is big, and the 2-5 a place is massice.

They set it up nicely for Royal Birth there. Very quick second and third furlongs.

WD Tony.

Very tempted to back Salsify at 2.3. The biggest worry is the price tbh.
