the horse was clear on ratings.he expressed an opinion that at 4/5 it was the best bet of 2016(12 days so far gone in january).an opinion obviously shared by others as its sp was 8/13.  it ran way below its rating aided by in my opinion a questionable ride.it happens all the time.if they ran according to their rating there would be no bookies.  if anything snap over does the confidence and creates a stick to beat himself with.

The proven lie is his claim of a lay off at 1.31 and the lowest the horse went IR was 1.64,that can be dug out from a while back,that is fact,once a liar always a liar.

ratings arnt a guide they are an indication of past ability.the race was a  class 3conditions event.the favourite was rated 100.the winner 89.  so in anyones thinking the one rated 100 should beat the 89 one off levels?  hence 4/5 was a good price.im not an apologist for snap but there wasnt a comment on his thread pre race and it was up there for 14 hours at least..

So have the safety of the double result ,i.e. the draw is a winner for me as well .Backing a 1/3 shot is very high risk and not for everyone. I would take the option of having 2 chances of winning most days, as would many others I'd imagine . Another thing you seem to forget is ,without layers this place would be closed in the morning . Who would have laid you those snooker bets if they thought they had no chance of winning your money. I have posted plenty of winners over the years on Horse Racing (and a few on here).
The last 2 on here were Sweden at 5/2 for Eurovision and Molly Sterling at 6/1 for Eurosong. Spain for Top 10 the year before at 5/2 was another one.
