Tyrone played in the Dr McKenna Cup, crowd of 49 turned up, lowest crowd i ever remember turning up for the stat of any domestic sports opening fixture, sad, the Euros 2016 will be a hammer blow as well.

Where did this figure of 49 come from??

Even tho you'd think they'd be lucky to get 10 at a friendly against a college team on the 3rd of Jan, from the few pictures I've seen there seems to be more than that on the far terrace. I can only assume most would be in the stand.

The only attendance figure for the weekend I can find is the Mayo/NUIG game which attracted 2390.
Incidently, that's only 700 less than Sligo Rovers highest of the year and 300 more than their average(not including Pre-pre-season friendlies)

Decent crowds over the weekend.
