Rake of Irish horses tomorrow over,a lot at Ayr as well. You will see one of my favs Tony with Portrait King, slow as a boat but tries, don't expect him to be involved tomorrow though.
Won't know too much with the two with French names, Pipes could be anything, the other one ran well after a layoff and the form looks solid but beatable. Itsafreebee form isn't bad, Perergine Run and Bowerstown have won small races since Killarney,Volalien won easily at Listowel after being a couple of Lth behind at Bellestown. Head was fairly high last time but maybe that was the winner coming slightly across him, ran on well enough in all his races though. Looks more of a place bet to me at what will probably be 5/4-6/4 and that looks a decent chance. Not getting a lot right lately Tony and was going to wait til after the race, ,have a good day. |

Sound Tony, got that. Seems to be a bit of ew money for him now, Pipes one looks weak enough which would be no harm if you were backing him.

Well spotted - looked a tricky race to my eyes with several unknown factors. They Fahey's had their fella well prepared for it though and duly obliged.
It'll be interesting to see who signs for Threeways Fayzer given the tie-up between the trainer and JP. I'm sure the right people were well aware of what was expected in Carlisle. |

Not sure Tony fancied it to begin with and was asking for opinions more than anything else.
However that was given in no uncertain terms by Cloone River, so it looks like author, contributors and readers have all made it pay. Well done Tony and Cloone. |
