You might need a few stiffners, Rock, if that Thomas Hobson gets his jumping right.

I be a massive fan of Tycoon Prince myself.
I suppose tomorrows trip is going to be shorter than what will prove his ideal, and he does have a potentially decent tool in Thomas Hobson to beat....but I would still be surprised and very disappointed if beat. A betting proposition, maybe, maybe not. I would definitely back him at evens, prob 1.9. Would let 4-6 go myself. I know Ruby was very sweet on TH prior to Galway, he hadn't schooled at all before falling in Listowel. His jumping was said to be very good at home, and looked to have improved before going to pieces as the pace quickened in Ballybrit. I have no doubt it will be better tomorrow, but it will be need to be to beat what I think is an absolute machine. Elliots eyes light up when this beast is mentioned. |

Looking at the race fully, I would have to agree with him being a bet at 8-11.
Frightening how good this lad might be. |

I have a severe word of warning for anyone wishing to "lump on" Tycoon Prince. O'HEHIR HAS "NAPPED" IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
That has to send a shiver down the spine. But hang on, he produced a nice 1-4 winning "nap" yesterday, so he could be on a roll!!! |

odds on is for mugs
Anyone who utters them words should shot on sight. So you wouldn't take 4-6 on Usain Bolt beating Shark Hanlon in a 100m metre sprint son, no?? Keep em coming, your superb entertainment value . |

And you really shouldn't be boasting about Laddies laying you any amount on double figure yokes the night before. If that crowd are laying you overnight, they are happy to be laying you. If they are happy to be laying you.....
You prob wont follow that though. |

fs that post got you really excited didnt it callit.i have learnt from experience that betting odds-on just isnt worth it so no need to take my post so f'ing literally ya clown.tho if you fancy listing the next 20 bets you have at odds on pre event and we can tot up the p+l at the end that would be just great!
and i have access to a number of ladbrokes accounts, not too hard to get what i want on as im not a massive punter like the mighty callit! |
|
By:
its just the way you come across callit, you think you are some fkin guru or something to listen to you yet you manage to get an odds on chance beat out at navan, the easiest track in the country to win at!!
im glad you are finding things funny now tho cos you appeared so angry on your golf thread before that post mysteriously disappeared lol....good nite to you seether and if you wish to take up the challenge of posting up your next 20 odds on bets please let us know.thats the only way to prove your point on odds on being worthwhile.otherwise keep you mouth shut please. |

How did I get it beaten??!! Ya swear I rode it!
I haven't put up many bets here the last 6 months, as I don't have much interest in the flat these days. The last time I posted a sequence of bets was at the Cheltenham festival. Im sure you will dig out the thread. |

Rocketfingers starts this thread saying unloading both barrels on Tycoon Prince,as usual no reason given.
Callitasucit replies with caution, states trip too short and says there is decent opposition but says he likes the horse. When the race is safely over Easygold descends with the usual wise after the event comments. The poster he attacks is not the opening poster but the one who advised caution. Insideinfo makes the same error and in sympathy with Easygold contacts his disease with a stunning selection naturally after the event. |

By:
Wildman...... caution,,,,,,,,,,,,,, eh he would be very surprised if he is beat he said............ Now please help........ a horse wins one race over hurdles 12 days ago a sedate pace throughout and is stepped-up in class on a stiffer track on slower ground and 8/11 is value.......... That`s the difference..... NEXT
|
|
By:
He did say that but the recommendation to " unload both barrels " came from Rocketfingers,Callitasucit response was to advise caution.
|
|
By:
He then said after looking at the race fully he was a bet at 8/11 and it's frightening how good he might be
Nothing at all wrong with that or against the poster, would obviously back a horse myself at 8/11 I make shorter |
|
By:
Have no problem saying I backed it.
At least I will back my judgement(unlike Easy who maintains he is the best tipster on the planet, yet wont go head to head with the 'oddschecker chancer'), and have no problem admitting I got it wrong, rather than posting winners after the event. Was worried after half a mile Premier, he wasn't travelling at all to my eye. I think, and hope, something will come to light. I still believe he is a right beast. Don Cossack has been written off more than once by many. I wouldn't mind a stable of DCs and TPs. |

Don`t forget the weld horse u got wrong too, and rory and martin kaymer......
|

By:
Never said that whatsoever.......... remember u snap, and wasp said the comp was over before it started not me.

Don't think I got Rory wrong. He missed about 12 putts inside 5ft during the week, including one which he didn't even bother to line up. He regressed on greens he should have progressed on. I wouldn't use the food poisoning as an excuse, but maybe his mindset wasn't quite what it could/should have been without it.
I said I thought a repeat of any of Kaymers top tens in the last few years would be enough to land Top Cont Euro as I didn't rate the rest. It would have been enough. Granted Kaymer didn't perform as expected. But as you know yourself, there is more than one factor involved in the decision making. Again, I wouldn't say I got it all wrong. I didn't have an interest in the Show Court race, so haven't watched it. |
|
By:
So u won how much on the golf?????
Your chat about Show Court.......... was way off it won....... a horse u thought would never stay two miles..... His opponents ..... one has one run over hurdles 2 years ago the other wouldn`t want the ground too soft......... today was a very weak race.......... |
|
By:
How many people reading ur comments...... u may have put off and u didn`t even LAY it urself........ but you try to put other people off and advised the OP to put up a lay........... come on........... does that sound fair to others
