Not bad racing but tomorrow looks better to me.
I thought there is a big gap in prices between Jaqen Higar(5/2) and Fire Tree(6/1). Fire Tree is a few lb better off after beating JH by a neck at Dundalk,two traits that he came off a straight line and slight tail swishing were little negatives but think he was the deserved winner that night. He stayed on well after being out the back at Down Royal to say the mile is no bother. Drawn 16 is the worry though he will be likely held up and try to challenge late,(ATR why oh why do you put the advantage as being drawn high?).
Even with the possibility of a luckless run he still looks sure to be placed (more so if no NR's),that will do me today,GL.

Shocking card at Wex , the bumper is the only race that gets my attention ,Earth Sister maybe should have won her race at Punch the other day. I heard a few say Patrick was over confident , she is a small mare and Patrick made her look tiny . Patrick will know how to beat her and with that in mind, plus his own horse ran a promising race first time out, I'll be backing the Mullins horse to do the business .. Not sure if I'll go to Leop another uninspiring card imo.

Looked progressive lastyear with 2 handicap wins @ ascot and sandown. This a lot more competitive but might just be good enough to contend with rivals who may have eyes on other targets. Trainer seems keen and says will be ideally suited by the track.
Audacious Plan 3.20 13/2
2nd in strong race @ Punchestown was a good effort and marked him as one to follow. Seems to love good ground and trainer's horses usually come on a lot for their first run back

Had to laugh at Bob Cooper saying he won't read the comments concerning Frankies ride at they are "most unpleasant".
