what was shorthall up too giving so much rope? horse was disappointing but ffs front two jumping right and he stays 8 lengths back ?..

ted veale doesn't stay 2m 4 over hurdles, let alone 2m 6. Unusual for a horse who appears to stay 2m on the flat

For a horse that doesn't stay he ran on nicely ,and if anyone didn't know what horse it was they'd have put him in the notebook.You could discpibe it as a hands and heels ride...

Never back a horse from that stable.
I don't think he liked the fast ground,there was a lush covering grass but very fast underneath. |

Well one thing you can say was that Daneking was a great in runnning lay. Was never going to win after puuling for the first mile.
As for Ted Veale he traveled and jumped and was not really asked to close up before 3 out. Would have said the ground was too fast but saying that dont think he was too busy. |
