Hard  card at Gowran yesterday and tomorrows Thurles looks not too punter friendly to me,left with Navan today. Two short priced ones stand out.

In Salutem 2.40  13/8.
Think this concerns him and Overtoyou,a short head seperated them at the Curragh where In Salutem hadn't the best of runs, better in the weights today as well.
In Salutems run in Cork Sunday was a good one, just took a while to get going but finished well. Almost certainly will have to pass Overtoyou and the worry for me is will it take too long,on the price i,m with it.

Bunk Off Early 4.25
Price is gone from last nights 7/4 but really liked it's last run where he took the race by the scruff from a poor draw, the 2nd ran creditably over the weekend. Race conditions suit here as he is 9lb worse in future. Bairns At Bay had McGuigan and Valac behind last time and ought to hold them 2,thought Bairns At Bay got a bit of an odd ride that day. Still expect Bunk off Early to make all.

In Salutem - 3 wins from 40 odd starts with 20 placed efforts. The horse is a monkey, keeps plenty for himself and the quotes from his trainer would seem to acknowledge that.

Terrible race but not sure 6/4 on In Salutem is ever value. Wore first time blinkers at Cork, will they have the same desired effect on an experienced horse second time up?

After race at Curragh Sun, 19th Apr, 2015 (1st) He's a favourite in the yard. He probably hasn't won as many as we hoped or he threatened to. He runs plenty of times as he's a sound horse. He always saves a little bit for himself.

After race at Navan Wed, 22nd Oct, 2014 (1st) You wouldn't have expected that after Friday evening's run. He's been a little bit frustrating overall .He works better at home than his rating but it's the races where it matters. You have to get him on the right day.   K J Condon

fter race at Limerick Fri, 20th Jun, 2014 (1st) I'd describe that as 80% jockey and 20% from the horse! Usually it's 99% horse and 1% from the jockey but he (In Salutem) tried to hand it away and it's been a long time coming. He's been frustrating but works like a nice horse and should possibly have won three times last year but instead won just one. K J Condon.

Best of luck but not one to be lumping on at short prices.

I don't think he's actually wearing blinkers today.

Very fair comments and no getting away from he isn't the most straight forward. It is a weak race though with most out of form. On the Curragh running he was by far the better horse out of the two though accept horses like that can be deceptive. Do think the race will be run to suit with Oneoveryou leading, ideally Shane Foley should be sitting in behind her and asking to pass late enough.
We,ll see, nice to see a pre race view.

Calm Bay wouldn't have to show much more than his last few races to get involved, a 9yo, with Smullen on board running of 47, it might be his last chance of getting a win. I'll have a small poke at 7s

Sound Catchme,WR.

Hard card for the punter with mainly unfancied winners, nothing really stood out today. Hazamar in the maiden looked a dodgepot at Leopardstown and i thought he looked worse today. Cocoon turned the luckless run behind Dew Line (7th Oct) around and ran as if her turn isn't far away today, may be an ew if she takes up any of her entries in the next few days.

Pa was thinking along the same lines, backed her today to place , cue aftertimers arms etc , and thought she was about to win 2 out,was screaming at Donnacha not to be taking it so easy near the line .

Good man.She mightn't go at all but think it will be Leopardstown if she is well,at a glance she should be competitive in that, Listen Aidan, you have a few at Dundalk that are better on the sand than her in that,Wink. GL with the soccerballs.

Have to treat you like a child, you have nothing to put on the thread concerning racing, you have no business on it.

If you are acting like a child you will get treated as one, do you think your pictures are a contribution to the forum? Do you have any thing worthwhile to say about todays or coming racing?
Drop the pictures and grow up ffs.

'The lads' be delighted with that KR. After Litigant just failing on Saturday, I thought you were really unlucky on Icantare yesterday. Had the young one really pushed it put, she might have got closer to the yoke in second last.

Keep it up me ould flower, ya will fall into one sometime soon. Maybe.

I am mighty glad you don't KR. The things you 'rate' don't instill a lot of confidence in me(or much fear in your bookie)

Maybe just stick to the one word answers and the pictures for the time being, one step at a time little boy, one step at a time.

Talk soon xx

Rat you made a promise to leave the forum after that challenge last year, you broke that, not that i would have insisted on that in any case.
Seriously are you the full bob? All you do is stick up a silly picture on the horse and golf threads for the past year+. All done afterwards, never a comment or a view and in your own head you see yourself as Steve Mc Queen and an ultra shrewdie, unreal, you couldn't make it up.
The daily racing threads in the past were positive and basically were fellas having a bet and interested in the days racing,it is a gambling site after all, they are now reduced through mainly yourself into negative aftertiming and the only reason i can see is to make yourself seem "shrewd",you are failing miserably.
Anyway that is enough of racing threads from me,nearly every single one i,ve started for a fair while has descended into childish nonsense due to yourself and one or two others, you can stick your pictures somewhere else.

The other major culprit being the Gotchee but he isn't mentioned as he's part of the backslapping crew.

WD on your winner, couldn't have him at that price (and went off shorter) but won snug.

Not much point in conversing on racing with someone who merits a claiming jockey and a professional as equals.
