I find that incredulous..what planet is the judge on?

How come you start a thread on this and not a few weeks ago when a little Irish girl got a 35k pay off after she went to see a play with school and stuck her finger down the side of a chair and ended up fracturing the tip of it (has healed perfect since). I don't believe there is any chance you missed the story with your eagle eye on every claim payouts.

I have no problem with this case, while I do not blame the gardai and sympathise with them I can also sympathise with the family having their child taking off them, it must have been a terrible time for them.

Whole justice system is a joke run by chancers/spoofers.

Legal profession is abused beyond belief in this country.....human error is no longer a factor.
