That's all he is. Said in his press conference Wes Hoolahan is on the wrong side of 30 to play 2 games in 4 days, yet Jonathan Walters aged 33 plays both games....Very little has changed under O'Neill. One thing that hasn't changed is talented players that express themselves with flair and skill are not allowed a game. Refused to praise Man of the Match v Germany Wes Hoolahan and put on McGeady (who hasn't played since the 4th September) ahead of Hoolahan against Poland....

Would have been the same result last night in any case Roger, 1 shot on goal is a desperate statistic. They are mediocre and did very  well to get to a play off place.

Most of the teams who will make the playoffs will be  mediocre PA ,some fair points made by Roger it has to be said.

Mediocre they may be Frank, but the ones we can face will all be odds on to get past us.

Fair points indeed Frank by Roger but they were shown up last night for what they really are, they were destroyed by the Poles, simple as. They were blessed against the Germans, work well but just have no creativity at all and i wish it was different.

I think its fair to say PA that it was one of the toughest groups ,i had a look at the highlights of the Germany v Georgia game and the german keeper made some great saves at  important times in the game, i think we are better then most people think we are but we dont have great play makers. I still believe we will quilify ; i hope so for the great fans we have.
