There are in excess of 2 million Poles living in Germany, there are approximately 100,000 Poles in Ireland.
I would completely reform the welfare system and would double it for 10 year contributors for an initial period of 3 months, the payment would then reduce by 10% for every subsequent month until it reached a basement level of €80. (more than sufficient with accommodation provided)
New entrants would start at the basement level but I would give them employment in SOE's which would operate in under invested sectors which would return a dividend to the exchequer.
