I liked "Devlin", he tried to reach for the stars but realised it wasn't easy.
Cork,s only tobacconist as far as i know shut down a while ago, only reason i'm saying it is i'd love a pinch of snuff, twas years since i had it,never had a snuff habit or anything, just a fancy, anyone know anywhere in Cork that are purveyors of the snuffy stuff? |

The Castle Inn on North Main Street stocked it when I lived there a few years ago. A time warp that place.

Haha Unpretentious alright with "Mary"(?) giving ya the baleful eye, a proper pint all the same.It left a bit of an impression on herself again a few years ago which she mentions from time to time now. One of the very few "family" owned city centre pubs left, the Raven in another guise was one, along with the "Social",Maudy Whelans and Mary Ryans were family owned good pubs on the we,ll call it North Main St though not strictly true going back in time.
You have gone way up in my estimation TTK after that. |

Kathleen is her name in the Castle TTK,don't really feel like a pinch of snuff this morning but would still welcome any other places where you can get it.
If Kerry can't beat park the bus Tyrone and Horsey can't hold off Terry "who" Pilkadaris in Denmark(6/4 db), i should go into the cupboard under the stairs for a while myself. |

Been three years since I was there Pa. Even then it was only for one before heading into the establishment across the way. Along with The High B, grand for a pint and a look around but wouldn’t appeal as a candidate for a regular haunt.
