I can't understand how jp McManus and Michael o Leary don't give him horses. For the amount of horses he have his strike rate is unbelievable. While these big owners give horses to inferior trainers like Paul Nolan Philip rothwell colm Murphy to name but a few. I think he is in the top 5 national hunt trainers inreland

yeah,i rate him highly.if i ever get involved in owning a horse,mick would be top of the list to train it.if the horse is any good,he can get it right,select the correct race and set up the touch.i would say there is a great buzz in that.
