Drove past my local pp and ladcrokes at 6 o'clock this evening and noticed they were closed even though there was a 6 o clock race at the Curragh,Do they legally have to be closed by 6 or is this just staff wanting to do a burner?

In the case of the latter firm ,they simply pay staff until 6 on Sunday and expect them to cover after 6 in the event of a late off ,without any renumeration. We want you to work for nothing !
