An absolutly clueless manager who rte keep heaping praise on. You'd swear Kildare won 5 all-irelands under him the way they go on about him. Theres no doubt he can get players fit but tactically he hasn't a clue. Also it seems to have been forgotten that he was the first man to introduce diving to GAA , as a player despite a rep as being tough, he'd spend half the game lying on the ground.

They did say he was tactically rigid in that he had no plan B when they were so far behind and that this was a feature of every team he managed.
