gaelic football lads, i would count myself as one, hate it when the sport is displayed as a bunch of knuckle draggers, this wold not happen in an other sport and i include hurling.

Toby , get real ffs,you know nothing about that only what the papers said, and when did that anti Rovers rag ever refuse to print anything bad about us, but calling a players dead father names, well I know what would be deemed the worst offence in ANYONES ,bar yourself that is language .I respect the GAA and probably should not have got involved in this,if thats whats going on then SOMEBODY has to do something about it,its no wonder young players are half afraid to tog out if this is what they face on a game to game basis.

excuses excuses wonky , it is as clear as day what the scum did, simple as

|
By:
How can you justify that compared to what was said to that poor lad ?
|
|
By:
I aint justifying nothing , it is extremely hard for the GAA to act on it based on one persons word against another , even if the culprit is named it will still be very hard to prove. The Sham Rovers fans on the other hand , well its pretty clear what happened there Wonky

My only knowledge about Tyrone football was years ago a work colleague lined out for Dublin away to them.
Play was down the other end of the pitch. He was floored by a punch from his marker coming from behind him, ending with him in a bad state with teeth missing. Nothing happened, nobody saw anything. A bit like this case where it is just words, no witnesses, can't prove, move along. |

brian mcguigan who was one of their very best players was horrifically assaulted in a Tyrone club match a few years ago. think he lost most of the sight in either his left or right eye

There is something not quite right about this.
The man is dead 14 months and these dastardly Tyrone lads are supposed to be sledging this lad on his fathers death My advice to him just ignore its hardly even clever sledging. |
