Just one E/W bet today at Gowran and that is 12/1  Sheilas Wish in the 3.40(suspect she will start at half these odds). She was eyecatching in her first run of the season last time out. Has won of 73 now down to 63, C and D winner with a very good apprentice on board.
One negative is the form of her trainer.

The Gotchee ,  I'm surprised this is on tbh , watched a piece of work on the Old Vic yesterday morning , it started to rain very hard and really got into the ground making it heavy , surprised they haven't called an inspection down there ,unless they missed all that rain last couple of days ?.

I can't remember the last time Gowran was abandoned, it appears to take the rain well in the winter.

Maybe I'm wrong but I thought they abandoned a few meeting in the not to distant past...

King Cristophe will win. Took 5/2 Wicklow Brave. Hopefully the stalls aren’t in action for that one due to the ground.

I like safe home in the 4.50. Though he ran a very promising race last time over hurdles. Back on the flat today off a mark of 56 with O brien's 7lb claim he should be competitive having been rated a lot higher in the past. His rivals have question mark as regards ground and exposed handicap marks.5/1 is a very fair price. Hurricane sky could be the main danger if he's off today.

Kitten ,how in the name of goodness did that win , sick backing it last year , on similar going at Sligo it could hardly walk , tailed off on soft later on in the season , although delighted for the jockey who I really rate....
