The Gotchee , I'm surprised this is on tbh , watched a piece of work on the Old Vic yesterday morning , it started to rain very hard and really got into the ground making it heavy , surprised they haven't called an inspection down there ,unless they missed all that rain last couple of days ?.

I can't remember the last time Gowran was abandoned, it appears to take the rain well in the winter.

King Cristophe will win. Took 5/2 Wicklow Brave. Hopefully the stalls aren’t in action for that one due to the ground.

I like safe home in the 4.50. Though he ran a very promising race last time over hurdles. Back on the flat today off a mark of 56 with O brien's 7lb claim he should be competitive having been rated a lot higher in the past. His rivals have question mark as regards ground and exposed handicap marks.5/1 is a very fair price. Hurricane sky could be the main danger if he's off today.
