Been looking for a phone number for about 5 minutes , they dont seem to want to provide you with a phone number .
Why is everyone determined not to discuss things on the phone . Other forms of communication are only trotting behind actaully speaking to someone , but Betfair have also fallen into the non communication trap .
Anyone ?

Got through on never give ups number . Not sure whether its premium rate or not , but if the number exists on the betfair site its better hidden than the needle in the haystack .
When I got the guy to ring me back he was unable to access the information required to address my query . He has had to send amn e-mail to another relevant department who will ( hopefully) contact me SHORTLY . Still waiting since 17.55 . All the overlays / departments/ specific interest groups / new site/ old site / sportsbook / etc etc are indicative of a set up like exists in government . Ultimately no one is in charge , nowhere is there someone with the "the buck stops here" on his / her desk . |

Been trying on 0344 871 0000 for last 20 minutes to get through to Betfair . Every time you press 1, 2 ,3 ,4 , 5 after getting thorugh on the above number , nothing happens .
Do they not want to answer any phone ? |

Went through 4 times also to the telephone betting service to get transferred to the 0344 number . Even they could not transfer the call properly . Is Betfair becoming a joke company ?

0844 871 5000,calls charged between 1p and 13p a min. Reckon that is the right number Kelly and not the one you are quoting.

I use 1800 944000 (free from Rep of Irel). There was a little problem earlier but seems okay now.
