Necessity is the mother of invention....or in this case.....invention is the mother of necessity.

I'll leave Snap and his fellow Crispians to ponder on that and wish them the very best of luck.

NGU, why the consistent snide remarks?

From the outside looking in, seems like your the one getting upset about it all?

Its obvious Snap is ripping the piss, and in the process taking you for a walk in the park like a loyal puppy, going wherever he goes, answering every click.

Worry about your own ship, before you try to drown someone else's.

Mother of all naps goes in the 1.05 at Fakenham and is Zamoyski, at 8/1.

In the likely very testing conditions, Zamoyski is likely to relish these conditions, the same which can't be said for the trio of lightly raced ex-flat types along with the Pipe newcomer heading the market. Experience will count for a lot around there today and expect Zamoyski to trade much shorter than the 8/1 that is available this morning, so to stick in an in running lay is advised to guarantee a locked in profit.

Off to a funeral now for the day, might not even get to see it, but expect a juicy profit to be waiting on my return.

who u advising taking the 8/1 with??? betway dont count and neither does a score on betfair.if anyone is actually going to back this 7/1 is the price if ur looking more than a £2 bet!

In fairness inside info...it's 9.8 to back right now and is freely 15/2 with plenty firms.... So the 8/1 quote is hardly wide of the mark....it's not like the gobshee advising 16/1 about a 6/1 chance .... Like he did one day.... Give credit where it's due....there's more than 50 quid here right now at 8/1....so the advice is hardly fanciful.... All we can do is sit and see what way things develop ....I don't know much about the horse but as he said....it's a no lose situation ....think I will have a piece of this action myself ....why not ?...

If The Gotchee put it up you could have your life on it,he is in cracking form.

Snap is not on form but in the unlikely event of this winning the Crispian St Peters will be humming You Were On My Mind.

agreed theres a bit more money on here now above 8/1! even the dastardly ladbrokes have pushed it out to 8/1.not keen on snaps get out clause of laying in-running..be difference if he said, put a lay bet in at 4.0,11.5 or whatever but if the horse trades at anything under 8/1 in-running sure he can claim a profit!! just as i type this i notice anything above 8/1 on here is gone...anyone who IS backing it get onto ladbrokes fast

Snap is in amazing form Borneo I can assure you, but only if you are part of the Inner Circle.  I don't like talking about tips that are given out privately but when you see a man like Snap taking a bashing publicly , its hard not to speak up for him.

Late night watching the golf, and seems I have missed the price on this. Sea of blue on OC, and quite strong on the exchange too. Seems the 'Crispians' have had more than their milk and sugar on it. Indeed it suggests their are quite a few Crispians! Maybe even the begrudgers have dabbled??!!

Best of luck those that got on the advised price.

He is not taking a bashing,he is skitting and some are biting.

He got the market right in Fakenham but I will repeat what I said about him two years ago,he knows his stuff but hides it in his pretend comic persona.

I gave him the Boris Johnson award for the obvious reasons.

A guaranteed no lose play, for anyone that took part.

Surprisingly even got matched at 5.1 before the off, tidy profit, but would have been slightly greater if had won.

So the OP gives away 50% of his profit on his "mother of all naps" or am I missing something?
By:
paulie wallnuts
When: 13 Jan 15 14:07
You are missing something Punchestown......For future reference this is what the proper punters like snap will have done.....as you will have seen it was well backed.....so this is what happens in reality......just say your max bet was 100.....its too simplistic to just have 800/100 and fold your arms....what you do in an instance like this is.....have 200 on it at 8/1 and try and lay 200 back at 4/1......that gives you a return of exactly what a max bet would have given......without any risk.....its a s simple as that punchestown.....
By:

When: 13 Jan 15 14:10
I always put in an  lay Paulie but I wouldn't be putting in a 4/1 lay on an 8/1 shot if I really fancied something bigtime, maybe it's just me.

It all depends on what you get on originally.....in this instance you didn't even have to wait for the race to start......
Ok the horse ran terrible.....but you have to take your hat off to snap....he was on the ball....there was no need to share such hot information with anyone....let alone on a public forum.....
Myself personally...I had 50 on at 9.4 average and laid 50 at 5.2.....it was a free bet whatever anyone says.....
All I can say is you'd never go broke playing with snap's stuff....
