The Keystone Cops seem to be trying to capture these two French brothers in Paris.

pretty poor form alright.the french intelligence services and the  dept within the police dealing with anti-terrorism have some serious questions to answer.these two characters were known and obviously were not been monitored.
although it does seem odd that one of them had been identified by his identity card left in the getaway car considering how ruthlessly well planned the attack was.
Report wildmanfromborneo January 9, 2015 7:49 AM GMT
Still not caught, two lads in a Renault Clio managing to evade capture.

The French need help with this manhunt just like they needed help in two wars, just like they rely on Germany to fund them.
Report wildmanfromborneo January 9, 2015 8:04 AM GMT
90,000 in pursuit of 2 it could only happen in France.

It is an indication of the fear these two Jihadists have generated, the French are afraid to confront them.

not for me toby, although I get what you mean. and others say get the intel from them?..but its not worth losing another life by the hands of these asassins..top them..they are not coming out
Report wildmanfromborneo January 9, 2015 3:24 PM GMT
One thing is certain the hostages won't be coming out.

All these deaths are the fault of the craven French government.
They let these brothers go abroad for training and Jihad, they let them back in,they didnt monitor them.
Then Clouseau let's them out of Paris, pursues them with 90,000 men, fail to capture them.
There is then a high speed chase on the motorway ( why was there no helicoptor gunship ) they get away again.

Only one thing for it ask for help.

I think I called this right from the start,French police given the run around, general panic and a craven French government making mistake after mistake.

Amazing how long it took them to link the two incidents. Wouldn't be suprised if the second lot where on there way to another newspaper until they crashed the car and then got out and shot the woman police officer. Also how did the guy slip away. Surely not that hard to block exits of a cafe.

Paulie that's pure wrong, its his daughter and granddaughter you are talking about.

He is right to be worried, they are near an area to be avoided.

I don't think you realise how evil your post reads.
Report paulie wallnuts January 9, 2015 8:48 PM GMT
Would you be worried about your daughter who lived locally in North Tipp.....if you heard there was a shooting in Naas.....
His relatives couldn't be safer and you know it too......don't be giving me this evil bolloxxx.....
Report wildmanfromborneo January 9, 2015 8:53 PM GMT
I know nothing of the sort.
All I know is they are in Paris, there is turmoil there at the moment, neither do I know Disneyland is an hour away.

I have no problem with the skitting but its kind of an unwritten rule you don't mention immediate family.

Now lads stop....if theres an unwritten rule we don't mention family ......well then the wonks is after crossing that line many times including on this thread.....its yet another source of attention seeking....which is hardly unusual.....it wasn't that long ago he "thought he had cancer".....
Now ive been to Paris and ive been to Disneyland.....and theres a big difference.....no difference to as I said the distance between Nenagh and Naas.....
Answer me the question please Dan.....would you be worried if you heard there was a shooting in Naas and your family were in Nenagh?....
Report wildmanfromborneo January 9, 2015 9:07 PM GMT
No I wouldn't but I know the area.

I am genuinely surprised at you as you obviously have young children so know how important they are.

I would never no matter what the provocation make any Bonny references to your children.
Report paulie wallnuts January 9, 2015 9:17 PM GMT
How do I obviously have young children wilddan....I never referred to having children....or even my sexuality for that matter...
Its the sensationalism that's attached to the post that I object to.....innocent people were killed in that shop in Paris this evening.....and he knew well that his relatives weren't next nor near the city of Paris......
Report wildmanfromborneo January 9, 2015 9:21 PM GMT
Why deny your children ?

You definitely have them alright and I'd wager they are still young.

I know it drives ye mad but you can tell a lot about a poster by a careful reading of his posts.
Report soldieroffortune January 9, 2015 9:24 PM GMT
paulie you should know by now that you'll have wild guesses and fiction made up about you by people on here that then get treated as fact.

Much along the lines of ......

"just like they needed help in two wars"

And ......

"just like they rely on Germany to fund them"

Both statements complete and utter rubbish.
Report paulie wallnuts January 9, 2015 9:25 PM GMT
Im not saying I have or I haven't Dan.....I don't feel the need like some to tell people who I don't know......all aspects of my personal life.....
All I can say Dan.....with this carry on in Paris by these terrorists.....if I had relatives in Disneyland then I wouldn't be in the slightest concerned.....I'd be more concerned if they were in London.....

So,Soldieroffortune are you saying France didnt need help in the World Wars.

Are you saying Germany do not contribute to Frances coffers.

wildman as part of what I do for a living I deal a lot with a number of economies in the Eurozone, France and Germany amongst them. France has a strong economy in it's own right and whilst there is a significant amount of trade from Germany into France it's a sweeping generalisation to say that "France relies on Germany to fund them". That simply isn't the case.

Plus I actually think the French authorities did a pretty good job in containing and ultimately exterminating these radicalised idiots!

Germany are the biggest contributors to the EU
France get money from the EU.

You seem to have dropped your objection to my accurate statement that France needed help in both wars.

You may think France did well but 90,000 couldn't catch 2.
Four hostages were killed whilst 60,000 looked on and a female accomplice seems to have slipped away unnoticed.
Report pa lapsy January 9, 2015 9:47 PM GMT
Despite my earlier post when i thought all hostages were safe maybe it could be argued that it could have been worse, with the 4 dead hostages though couldn't say it was a good job by the french at all. Hard for a civilised society to handle these barbarians all the same.
A lot of futile deaths of innocent people in the name of a peaceful religion, no chance but hope they are no more.

That's somewhat different to your statement that "France rely on Germany to fund them". Quite simply, they do not rely on Germany to fund them.

I wasn't there in the wars, you probably were, so I bow to your expert opinion on that one.

Plus clearly they should have had you in charge of the whole operation in Paris.

You disputed my assertion that France were helped in both wars.

I have never been to Australia but I know its there so saying you weren't there is not relevant.
Its not unreasonable to assume that you would know something about history especially when you challenged my historical statement.

The problem is the French are craven, the last thing those policemen wanted to do was confront those brothers.

That illustrates another point, the fear these gentlemen can gender is a lesson to us,you can't appease them.
