Went in to one of their shops this morning to back a horse in the without market. Wrote down the same price as it is on the ladjokes site. Handed in the docket thinking all is fine and dandy only to be told that they only take bets on the without market in certain shops!!!!! Like how or why is this rule justified. I just find it a mystery as to why a bet can be taken in certain shops but not others of the same branch. If anyone does know the reason i'd be glad to know. Seems nonsense to me.

Staff probably out of their depth with poor training/developement skills.Id guess they kicked for touch on this one.On the bigger picture very important for punters there is robust competition in the market, not good for punters if Laddies retreat from Irish market.

From what I pick up in my infrequent sorties to local Lads staff morale is low . Most of them were thriving shops before Lads took over , OK market has changed in last 5 years , but in the PP shops I sense there is still a bit of interest among the staff . Not so in Lads .
