what did he do wrong on Kalkir and Vautour?
By:
Today was his chance to step up to the plate and safe to say it didn't go to plan. Had kalkir poorly positioned on rail through out and didn't jump with same fluency as he did for Ruby last time out. As for vautour, less said about that the better
By:
Vaultour slid after jumping a fence and hit his head off the ground ,Paul did well to stay on board ,Kalkir was well and truly beaten ..I think its a case of you talking through your pocket as usual mate...
By:
Had no financial interest in either race wonks
By:
Doubt it tbh ,otherwise why the thread ffs...
By:
Can a thread not be started to have a discussion without having had a financial interest in the topic? Or is this standard criteria?
By:
When a thread is started like to above , it normally suggets the op has had a financial interest of some kind or other , the fact the jockey in question did nothing wrong in either race , adds weight to the impression...

im sorry snap, but to blame the lad for the horses being beat is silly to me. he did make a big mistake by not p/u vautor instead of carrying on imo..but hindsight is a wonderful thing..i,ll be surprised if vautor is out again this season..if he is..it won't be the festival ..that's for sure..i think he done some damage ...but hope im wrong cos on its day the horse is a monster..
By:
Don't know what races ye were watching but ride on kalkir is one of the worst you are likely to see over the festive period. Even before the bad mistake vautour was never really travelling for him and certainly not jumping with same fluency as with Ruby at navan
By:
He rode a blinder on the first fav ,yet not a word of praise , when he gets beat all hell breaks loose ..It's becoming clearer by the minute and with every post that you had a bet mate ...
By:
wr makes a fair point snap..ride on his winner was a fine ride..,just because vautor never jumped well..does not mean townend was at fault..imo..the kid the best bar ruby and geraghty, but that's just my opinion..
By:
Worst ride of the day imo , was Barry in the last at Kemp , left it far to late and beat half a lenght ...Cost me big as well ...
By:
Imo he shoulda pulled up Vautour ..all about opinions
By:
Horse was not right from the start. WHY? HOW? What's going on? Horse could barely lift a leg after the last... Something seriously wrong here.
By:
So it wasnt Townend's fault then?
By:
I would be more concerned as to how Vautour can "run" so disgustingly. Did the stewards bother looking into it?
By:
I don't know whether Snap was involved in either Vautour or Kalkir race, but judging by what he said to before both races, if he was involved it would have been as a layer.
Some people can have an opinion that is not pocket fuelled. The ride on Kalkir was very poor. |
By:
Ruby wouldn't have won on him.
By:
i agree,it was a poor ill judged ride,Gave the winner far too much rope because he didn't think it was any use been a hurdling debutant from an unfashionable stable.

EXCELLENT RIDE
By:
brilliant ride
By:
Willie will want this Xmas season to end just about now i'd say - been a near disaster already - they'll all be ready for March though

mmmm callit riding to snaps defence of this thread also...i see a pattern emerging
By:
I can see a pattern emerging too......your a bright one, very quick. That one only took you a full month!!
By:
hardly considering i just read the thread today ya clown! but lo and behold you are advocating snap once again...theres def a connection between you two clowns.either ramping horses or trying to suck people into "tipping" comps for cash!
