Agree with Dara Tango. Trip ground and track looks perfect. 3 mile seemed to stretch him last time. In the form of his life at the minute and that surely counts for plenty so early on in the season. 6s quarter the odds first five looks an each way steal to me.

Norn , Grecian Tiger is one not to take a short price about , one of the most hyped bumper horses of present times , when he ran in his bumper at Naas , the world and his wife were talking about him ,went to see him in the paddock and didn't like him one bit , I'd say they were hoping to have him sold after that , not many takers at the asking price and rightly so imo ...Sir Ector is another with issues ,was told that by you know who ,and even if he was on a going day tomorrow I'd leave him alone ..We agree on one horse , thats Lots Of Memories , the jockey went far to early on this fellow at Punchestown the last day Paul will hold on to him longer and this is a weaker race , danger is Champange James this lad ran a cracker last time again at Punchestown , his jumping was a little sticky early ,but as the race progressed so did his jumping , might Dutch this pair....

See Rita Shahs horse in Sir Ectors race cut bigtime already, landed a fair punt last night,I wonder is there a slight change with the new fella rather than refreshing honesty we were lucky enough to have been spoilt with. (a hard race i won't be getting involved with btw)

One bet for me today,Bishops Road,Looks a star in the making,GL all.

Very interesting card at Navan, and I may take a vested interest in No More Heroes. But the standout bet for me today comes in the first at Southwell. Trojan Sun.
He will relish underfoot conditions, and Southwell would appear the ideal track for him. Much better than the bare result suggest last time, when clearly in need of the outing, he has been dropped 2lb to a very manageable mark. Nothing in here screams of being well in, and given everything in his favour, Trojan Sun looks to have a much better chance than the 3-1 on offer. |

No midweek fixture this week and Saturday for the next turf, big gap.
The Doorman impressed me last time, didn't beat a lot,the 2nd took that position again yesterday and it came after a lay off,did everything well at Thurles. Has a rise in class but could well be up to that,5/2 a fair price to me.GL with your picks. |

Pricewise has put that Shabra horse pa, probably a lot to do with move for it.

Ah, thanks Newsapproach, was wondering as they were seemingly started to get punted, that explains that.
|

By:
I suppose it will probably be a year or two before we see what kind of trainer he is, most of the horses he has now are pretty exposed looking. That said, he looks like he knows what he is doing early on.

A very trappy card allround , several horses with big chances in plenty of races ,so competitive stuff ..For a change Willis only has a FEW odds on shots ..This is one of those cards were you could quickly lose your shirt and still only be beaten a few short heads...I'm going but will be punting on a smaller scale than normal ...
|
|
By:
I will go for the two Mullins shorties in a double-Shaneshill/Bordini. I've looked for dangers but cannot find them if they run their races. Other races very competitive but in the 2 mile novice I think if Champagne James jumping improves he will take all the beating.
Good luck all. |

Had a few shillings on that beast in Southwell, callit.
With Stan James. Saw a peculiar thing that I hadn't spotted before. In the betslip there was a little box to check 'If you wanted to accept higher odds'! FFS. Is that a new trick? |

Irish stars Gordon Lord Byron and Sole Power were out of luck in the Longines Hong Kong Sprint, which was won by Aerovelocity. |

By:
They are not best price guaranteed until after 11:00 or maybe 12:00 on day of the race.
Maybe this is a concession offered, but more probably even for punters that can bet, it is an opt in to best price guarantee that they hope you will miss. |

Would not want to put anyone off their selections, but have heard that there are quite a few coughing in WPM yard. For that reason I peronally will stay away from short priced ones form the that yard for the next week or so. To see if any truth to it, and if mant are affected.

Nice to see a proper pilot on board Lots of Memories, got to be a doubt about the trip though. Looks a tough card for me, had a small wager on Gold Platinum in the 2m handicap hurdle, but Gary O'Brien scuppered the price a bit.
