Have one in Mitchelstown tomorrow so hope he can follow the brother. Thought he was a goner when he clattered the fence. He is very stiff but plenty of time to work with him now. Good luck with yours. |

I went to the finals day in Tralee this year and it was a very enjoyable and entertaining day as usual. I wouldn't be well up on it enough to know whether any of the winners have any chance in Clonmel, but from looking at the betting for Clonmel, it doesn't look like they are too well fancied.

He went well in the All Age Cup in Rathdowney kavvie, but came up short in final. Decent effort against older dogs and now it is a matter of trying to put work into him and keep him right for the end of the month.

She was clear in her last course but went unsighted.
She is a lovely bitch but running out of time with her now. She picked up an injury earlier in the season when going well in her trial stake so it is a race against time now. |

Beaten today in Mill Street so that probably ends it for her as Clonakilty might not be on the agenda.
One from the litter through anyway and Blue Steel (more a dog for next year) might have one more chance. |

Everything needs to go right.
Slight cough over past few weeks as well which holds things up. You could simply have one of those sensational litters and just keep them injury free! Cumbawn and Blades have been incredible broods this year. |
