League of ireland football rarely gets a look in on this irish forum but i thought a trip to Richmond Park for this s/final of the F.A.I cup would be worth while, Pats scored some nice goals[ with a little help from Harps defence] a final note about the Harps fans they never gave up cheering there team, well done .

ST PATS V DERRY city final, Derry beat us in 2006 and 2012 finals so maybe the Saints will have the luck on there side this time round.Sry to hear some of the hoops fans letting the club down workrider its so hard giving the clubs Resources to know what to do about it.

Rovers fan's left the ground rocketfinger to a hail of bricks and stones,im sure you have been up there in the brandywell before, with the lack of police around the ground it can be a lawless area, the independent has the story about the team bus,

Could well have been a reaction to the Rovers scum fans who gatecrashed a wake in Dundalk.....and smashed a beer can off the head of one of the chief mourners......that was of course after pisssing into the garden of where the wake was being held.....nice bunch of lads those Rovers guys......
If they left the ground to bricks and stones.....it wasn't half enough of them.....and if it was a lawless area.....well they should feel right at home.....

So what huddys they decided to attack the Derry Security, funny thing is we never had any trouble up in Derry and from what i recall no other club has either bar Bohs once in a pub, strange one you have to admit ?

Franksaloran....a couple of old sayings come to mind.......if you lie down with dogs then you'll wake up with fleas....and tell me your company and I'l tell you who you are......anybody getting on that bus is either asking for trouble or looking for it.....

The capital for buses getting attacked is Sligo.

How quickly ye have forgotten the attacks on the Glentoran bus and later the Limerick bus.

When it comes to reprehensible behaviour.....storming a wake.....assaulting a chief mourner.....and urinating in the garden.....while chanting IRA songs......I don't think it comes much lower than that......that's the Rovers .....

Attacking supporters buses is out of order but what i seen was a video of Shams fans attacking Derry security coming out of the ground so buses were involved at this point. Look you going around looking for trouble trouble finds you easily enough, Derry is a good club with good fans and never cause trouble.

I don't live near any LOI clubs but a few regulars I know at Longford greyhound stadium used to love Derry City coming to Flancare Park. They were not too fond of some Dublin clubs. They used to laugh at getting called SHEEP SH*GG*RS by Sligo Rovers fans.

I'm just saying what i seen and that trouble seems to follow you lads, but one thing slipped your mind and you have forgotten to mention is that the buses was stoned as a retaliation for Derry buses being stoned in Tallaght on Sunday huddys.

Sorry to disappoint you but no buses were attacked in tallaght.anyway roll on next season with fenlon and his own players.think sligo's best chance of winning anything next year would be to get roddy Collins in as there next manager

Anybody that follows the league know that Rovers has a large element of knackers following them that just wanna act the hardman and cause trouble.
Obviously not all their fans are like this but the clubs apparent failure to even acknowledge they have a problem is leading to them all been tarnished with the same brush.
