Rory looks like being on a stroll in the park . Gearing (down initially) for Dubai and elsewhere ?
Good to see Padraig up there , time he won one again . Shane also going well . |

It appears David Howell decided to play, though the scoreboard could just be making up scores for him either!! Hard to see him contending if in as much pain as he said yesterday. I would have rathered a refund.
.3pt e.w David Howell 110-1 Poor finish from Pod, it would be great to see him back in the winners enclosure. |

As you said not everyone cup of tea, dont like the format myself, decided not to back anybody this week, best of luck call with your selections,

Does be tortorous viewing alrights Huddys. Even the lads doing the scoring for European Tour site leaderboard obviously dont even bother watching proceedings!!
|
|
By:
I can only imagine, its poor when they only have one course,id say its dreadfully slow now that they are using three courses, and id say there are error's with them updating the scores aswell,
|
|
By:
No excuse though for having Ryan Palmer +4 thru 4 when he never made a bogey all day.
Gallacher was +2 in the early updates as well. |
|

Absolute disgrace. Though I would hope and imagine there is no one betting based on what that site tells them. I didn't see any golf today, so I still cant be sure that Lowry is the score he is!!
Any odd scores should be ignored until proven right. Holes in One, 7s, 8s, 9s....usually wrong. |

Eduardo De La Riva can be backed at 220/1 here at the end of the 1st rd,just 3 of the pace he is a much better player then he shown this year,

de la riva must be useing a hockey stick, 4 over so far today

I would love to see the tortured Padraig Harrington win this Championship for the third time.
He has like McIlroy the last two days in St Andrews which is a big advantage,he doesn't mind the rounds taking ages,he genuinely likes McManus but he is nearly guaranteed a four putt and a fair few three putts. |
|

Would indeed be superb if Pod could win. Might have to throw a few quid on. I don't want to feel sour if he toppled Lowry!

POD dropped 2 in the 1st 4 holes

Pod bursts back with 3 birdies to joint lead ---with a charging Rory !

McIlroy cruising -and then leaves it in the bunker!!

Olly Wilson has finished second more times than I've cursed Sergio Garcia, but a 3 shot lead is a 3 shot lead, and I couldnt believe he was chalked up at 4-1 last night after the dust had settled.
There has been a lot of water under the bridge since his string of near misses, with injury and illness forcing him into the golfing wilderness. He looked a more composed charachter yesterday, and I fancy he might just close this out. There are plenty of players tucked in 3 shots back, but only one that is a real worry. Obviously Rory could devour the Old Course again, but the value certainly lay with Wilson, and at 7-2, still does. 5pts win Oliver Wilson 4-1 |

unibet and 888 going 11/2 oliver

Dont think they had updated thier prices since yesterday avo Kav.
|
|
By:
There was a 163euro laid on Olly at 1000/1 before the start off the event, if he keeps this up a spare pair of underwear might be needed somewhere on this globe of ours.
pity i dont have Mr Wilson. |
|
By:
Great par on 17 for Oliver, done well to hang in there and hopefully won't make a hames of the last for ya.

Well done Call, you got a bit back........ battled well. I was on him aswell. But I got involved @ 4/1 today....... I do enjoy playing on the last day usually. Betting before the start is very difficult.

" you got a bit back "
Easygolds maths is as good as his aftertiming and his in running strategy. Brave pick Callitasucit and he won it the hard way,I'm sure you thought your money was gone,it took a great back nine albeit he looked shaky on the Road hole. |
|
By:
What wud u know about my strategy......... ur selections on racing is dire....... and I see u have stopped putting up selections before the off I wonder why......
Maths???? in-running.........it`s all about the horses running styles.......... in-running guy`s having a clue......... they don`t watch every race the way if should be....... over and over again......... Knob |

" Well done Call you got a bit back "
These are your words and show you can't even do basic addition. You then stated you backed the winning golfer when he had the cup in his hand. Your posts are a mixture of aftertiming and gibberish, your treatise on Vilman was Rocketfingers like in its naivety but amusing nonetheless. |
|
By:
As I said what would you know........... I have read all ur selections over the year`s and u are very poor at horse racing.......... Just because a person backs a golfer and doesn`t not tell people on here, does that mean after-timing.
Vilman, thread was spot-on........ the horse is slow, he would go bigger in-running end-of........ Keep filling those bookies pockets. Although I have to say I have been doing that myself lately. Keep well... cheers |
|
By:
In fairness Callit put up his selection at 8.42 as he usually does beforehand, fair play to him,tis actually quite a thing of beauty how much he has got right lately and one of the main reasons the forum has the slightest breath of life in it. A stinking aftertime yourself Easygold with your 17.12 post, the tournament was over btw and if you did indeed back him tis irrelevant as you hadn't any balls to mention it beforehand.
We are all what we are but no point whatsoever pontificating after an event, good man Callit and dj as well, you're trying without being aftertiming pr1cks. |
|
By:
The two best posters for winners on here are Pa Lapsy and Callitasucit both clicked again today and there you were piggybacking on their selections.
Your comments on Vilman were comical as were you advising Pa Lapsy, you had no knowledge of his stake. |
|
By:
And Call....... got a bit back.......... his other selections where beaten........ what are u on about?
|
|
By:
Civil?????? now I have you..........
|
|
By:
You do, you have yourself aftertiming goodo as well to suit your own agenda,i have none.
|
|
By:
Well done callit ,i backed your horse yesterday at 3/1
but i did,nt back oliver today . |

Didn't see any of the golf today....some of us have to work!! Probably just aswell, would have been nervy end by all accounts. Delighted for Wilson, a victory a perseverance.
When I heard Rory DB the first, I thought it might be an easy ride to the line. Bit surprised Rory didn't go on to win it, having got himself back to the head of affairs. He's not Tiger just yet! Nothing against Tommy Fleetwood, but I'm delighted he didn't win. He ticked every box this week, but I just couldn't bring myself to back him at 28-1 and less when the likes of Paul Casey were bigger prices. Shame Shane couldn't find a birdie at the last to get a full stake top 6, but at least gets a share. Small few quid made on it this week though, so cant complain. |
