I doubt if this instance is covered by the double result.

The trainers brother saddled the horse and forgot the leadcloth and the horse weighed in 8lbs light.Attention to detail obviously not a family trait.The stewards praised him for his honesty for owning up to his mistake.Not a hope of getting paid with double result.Hardly blame them the Joes for that.

I don't blame them at all,I think it would be against turf club rules even if they wanted to.

I would say some of the Wexford bookies paid out on the double inadvertently.

Do you think the punters will bring them the money back?
