So you are voting for Ireland's version of UKIP and a Party of religious fanatics.
I am fairly convinced that if you had been born Muslim you would have become a fanatical Fundamentalist.

Brian Crowley ( FF) Sean Kelly ( FG ) Liadh Ni Riada (SF) Deirdre Clune (FG ) Phil Prendergast ( Labour ) Kieran Hartley ( FF ) Simon Harris. ( FG ) Diarmuid OFlynn. ( Ballyhea says no )
A few other independents who don't count.
Theresa Heaney is not a religious fanatic. Peter OLoughlin is quite correctly anti the EU and against Ireland becoming like the Aran Islands.
I have listed the candidates in the way I think they will finish the race.
Brian Crowley will win by a distance, his is a personal vote and will get elected on the first count. Kelly and Ni Riada will be neck and neck for the second seat The elimination of Simon Harris should bring Deirdre Clune across the line.

Parliament has gotten an awful lot more powerful in the last 10 years, haven't really put much thought into this but will probably give it to Sean Kelly as he is a safe pair of hands and it is the done thing around my way. I admire the staying power of Diarmuid O'Flynn and the Ballyhea crowd but wouldn't vote for them. Met Brian Crowley and he is great guy with a fantastic outlook on life given the things that have happened to him... I heard this will be his last time running.

I honestly don't know, Boneo. As I don't live in the country, don't get to see Primetime and the like or know much about them tbh. by orientation I suppose I would lean towards the FG candidates.

Paulie Wallnuts not voting is hardly a solution to the problems you outline.
You most definitely are in the constituency being talked about, have a desultory look outside you are bound to see a host of posters for the candidates I listed.

ive just voted over here..and paulie has the feeling of the masses...but if we didn't vote..things won't change..and im of the opinion people fought to give us the right to choose...we may not like the result..or candidates..but its the best we've got..and there are some in the world who would be grateful for our system?..ive voted one way all my life and will always vote that way..they are the best of a bad bunch...my only point to paulie is..when things politicians do upset him..then he,ll have no right to complain..as he didn't vote?...but I understand his frustration..i share it..

Marine Le Pen victorious in France UKIP sweeping the boards in the UK.
Plenty of anti EU politicians heading to Brussells
Meanwhile our anti EU candidate is Luke Ming Flanagan. What a pity it wasn't Declan Ganley.

The the dramatic drop in Labours vote is surely indicative that they have crossed the line , its not a question of the workers leaving Labour , but Labour leaving the workers ...
