Why can you not leave well alone.

I am not having a pleasant customer experience and will be looking to reduce turnover on here for this sport.

Where is the feature that allows me to click and view a horses previous races with distance and going etc.

I found the feature. It does not work the same.It is not conveniant or more user friendly.

It is a pain in the butt...........

I despair................

There used to be a racecard view which allowed perusal of horses from etc on the main race display / market page .  I cant find it now despite pressing buttons . Is that the same feature you are referring to pecker ?

Kelly you now have to got to Sportsbook for that , they call it ENHANCING their product , I'm on Peckers side in this...

Maybe its too much to expect , but someone in the upper echelons should realise that most of us dont want "fancy" enhancements . Personally I suspect that most "improvements" are generated by someone trying to justify their existence and salary .

The feature referred to was useful , and having to "jump ship" and key in other details on a race you might generate turnover on is not a useful addition .

I use sportsbook , to date I have never referenced it other than via the oddschecker site . But it looks like someone is trying to push people onto it .

Yes Kelly, that is the feature i refer to.I found it handy to have, now it is no longer available in that format, which has a negative impact obviously.
