for the time of year there is 2-3 good races today,..the main one is a match @sedgfield were ron o'leary sends one over as do the crawfords..these 2 fancy there runners so the market will be interesting..the breeding favours o'leary's as westerner was a fair flat horse and will go on the ground..the crawfords tho are excellent in these races and at this track..ive took 7/4 for their horse in the race...@wincanton..the nicholls runner URBU D, IRLANDE, has been off a long time..but won on debut beating a nice horse of harry frys..he is now owned by the wylies and ive no doubt he's decent but he has a penalty to deal with and not many horses can carry them and win bumpers..so he'll be the best horse in the race but its a no bet for me,..tonights races ..@ffos is a trappy affair with 3 of them standing out..but for me ive backed pipes taj badalandabad, 2nd in a ptp @11/4 the favourite is solstice star..on debut was with a j honeyball but has now changed yard..and honeyball runs one here that was 3rd in a good race @taunton on debut but was beat a fair way...and I carnt warm to the jockey...the last one @southwell could see the shortest favourite of the day with the greatrex BELLS N, BANJOS I was @bangor the day he won easy beating final pass who runs @Sedgefield today..theres no doubt a lot of people will rightly rate him a banker with the yard winning 11-12 of the last bumpers!(fantastic record) but he has to carry a penalty..and at the prices I,ll take him on with hendersons runner for the queen...
as ive said good races for the time of year..with good favorites in 3 of them ..and ive no doubt some nice sorts for the future..i backed in 3 of them.. I get 1 I,ll be happy...Happy....best of luck

Bells n Banjos ran a very funny race last time and is either a thinker or was extremely green. I would not be in a hurry to back him.

Where did you get 7/4 on the Crawford horse as I haven;t seen it go that price yet, but I am just looking at oddschecker bookmakers.

So to summarize.......

2/3 good races today..

the main one is a match @Sedgfield
ron o'leary v crawfords (took 7/4 for their horse)

@Wincanton..
the nicholls runner URBU D, IRLANDE,..so he'll be the best horse in the race but its a no bet for me,

@Ffos Las is a trappy affair with 3 of them standing out
ive backed pipes taj badalandabad,

the last one @Southwell
could see the shortest favourite of the day with the greatrex BELLS N, BANJOS..and at the prices I,ll take him on with hendersons runner for the queen...

BEST OF LUCK TONY

Don't see any early 7/4's for Charlie B,

but anyways.......O'Leary's Simple Assignment 7/4 into 11/10 (17.20 Sedg.) is the one for money now.

distant..your right about greatrix horse it seems to come off the bridle for half a furlong..then picked up and won easy?..i put that down to being green..and bangor can sometimes be a funny track for debutants..lot of undulations?..but as I said the penalty..is my main worry..but the yard are boiling atm in bumpers..and the jockey comes from sedgefield to ride?
By:

I called up and got it distant..tbf as soon as I put the pc on it was 13/8..and as you say o,learys is the money horse now..

Cresswell Breeze at Ffos Las for me, Penny dropped late for him lto and think the winner that day could be a proper horse, Drop in trip not a issue for me against a ex p2p horse and a few who look below average, Fav looked fair at Cheltenham but for me wanted further as got tapped for toe when the race started off the home turn and was just staying on at the death.

GL today players.

hi gutfeeling,
I take your point..but I just carnt have the jockey..i know in bumpers it not so hard as nothing to jump..but she is poor imo..as for the form I know the race well..and he was only 4 lengths ahead of a horse I know ..who really needed the run..so im against honeys

Agree on Rachel not being the best out there, I'd say usually I lay her allday but it might be taken incorrectly.

Elsworth's horse at Southwell is worth a look btw, Best of luck.

I don't think so catch..she could get placed ..but I doubt it..shes still green as grass..and they were delighted with her debut as at home she didn't show that much..but theres a lovely mare ..running soon from the yard ..that will go very close..

If you watch the majority of Greatrex's bumpers, you will see they tend to be pushed along,,but always seem to find..

im @Aintree tonight were the bumper is very good for the time of year, the main to in the betting are obvious but both have penalties and for that reason are worth opposing at the prices imo, the 2 that take my eye are  CURIOUS CARLOS of peter bowen, who ran well on debut @ffos las..and the trainer hits form this time of year he has a good record at the track, the other is the debutant of john quinns  ECHO SPRINGS..i backed this one when declared 2 wks ago but it was pulled out..he is related to a bumper winner and this shrewd yard can ready one..so I couldn't put anyone off a e/w bet @9/1, I,ll make up my mind when I see them in the paddock..the advantage of going racing..but either one is worth a e/w bet imo..at the prices..the killbeggan race is dreadfull..and no bet for me..

Might be folly Tony to disregard the Greatrex runner, I dont think a penalty will stop it...GL

Fwiw, Gary ATR has tipped up Gone Platinum in Kilbeg - was 6's with Laddies, now 3's with Spoils - missed that boat btw.

- returns after 3rd behind Western Boy at Thurles in November who has boosted the form in novice hurdles.

hi koi,
please don't think im not respecting greatrix runner..his record in bumpers is 11-the last 13 have been won!..ive never seen a winning streak like it?..my worry as you say is the penalty and the strength of this race..but theres no doubt the horse could easily be good enough..just at the prices..i prefer to look elsewere..

Maybe Patanne being a N/R might be some of the reason for of the reason for Gone Platinum shortening?, would have been a decent ew at the higher price even though hasn,t raced for 6 months, that Thurles race has worked out fairly well.
Crofton Trial is a worthy fav imo, showed a lot more than previous when staying on very well in that premier mares bumper at the Punchestown festival, has the mares allowance here and only has to replicate her last run to me.Fill Your Hands last bumper looked a weak enough race.

Queen Alphabet 5.50 who was fairly unlucky in that Punchestown mares bumper should give a bit of a line for Crofton Trail.

Tony, it will win if what Bowen said is true....he said it has come on a stone since it ran against Shantou Bob....
I actually think Shantou Bob is potentially  a better horse than Warrantor.... sounds easy enough lol

koi,..had 75 on bowens..and saver .20 e/w on quinns @13/2..so made buttons..but more important I was right about the race..and I very rarely back 2..but lucky I did tonight..only had bears affair as my only other win

im backing SINGLEFARMPAYMENT 5.20 stratford ptp winner ..yard have had 2 fto winners this season and this looks a weak affair..so selection wont need to be much to go close..trainer in the middle of a big trial @old bailey but as I said they have had winners while he has been in court so not a worry..TOO MUCH TO SOON could be the danger..
