Latest racing howler - listeners were informed this morning on the 11.02 sports bulletin that Aidan O'Brien trained the fav for the Dee Stakes at Chester today - a horse called Somewhat.
Only problem was that the paper fav Somewhat is trained by Mark Johnson.
O'Brien had two horses in the race - Century and Kingfisher (who duly won).
It can be checked out on the RTE 1 radio player...
Today with Sean O'Rourke 9th May -just after news headlines half way through.
This crowd are beyond pathetic and positively insulting in the way they treat racing.
I wrote to them lately and received a 'reply' -will post about this later as caught for time now.

You should see the weekly gaffs with TV3 on their Ireland AM sports news - speak about not proof reading or checking facts - hilarious at times.
