It's coming on 10am GMT which is just over 20 hours after the race and yet he has not tipped up the horse yet, telling how it was such a certainty? Explaining how Patrick got Willie sent out those reports so they could get a better price so Patrick could get his girl something nice from Brown Thomas on Sunday evening after the racing. I'm guessing his broadband is acting up !

One of the 'Combined Forces' spotted this morning paying cash for a German sports automobile.  Make of it what you will.

There are a few posters here who routinely fail to follow any nuanced post, fail to understand any aspect of betting, two of them are here.

A desultory reading of the Hurricane Fly market would show you that the combined forces were layers, that Willie Mullins was truthful about the setback.

The examples I gave of the combined forces were horses being backed off the boards on an any price is a good one scenario.

If Willie thought it wasn't right, it wouldn't have run.  Not a chance the 'combined forces' were layers.  They might not have had a bet but layers?  Are you havin' a laugh?

They laid it alright which is why there was the late drift.

Ozymandius I don't think you understand what a setback or a horse working badly means.

I know exactly what it means.  It is hardly rocket science.

Of all the odds on shots that the 'Combined Forces' have the choice of successfully laying, they choose The Fly because he might not be quite right?

Do you realise how ridiculous you sound?

Not as simple as that.

Some felt Jezki was unlucky at Christmas.
Others thought Our Conor would improve immensely from Christmas.

Hurricane Fly worked as poorly as he ever did during the week,he came back to himself but you can never be certain about these things, the horse is considered fragile something I disagree with.

The general public could just see his unbeaten record in Leopardstown his record number of Group Ones and the fact he beat them all before,I thought he would be backed to 2/5 but he was opposed and opposed for substantial amounts.

A corpulent gentleman didnt enjoy his dinner.
Paulie Wallnuts got no bonus.

Who do you think were the layers ?

They are good but not always right,Sizing Tennessee at Navan and Suntiep in Limerick would be two of the more painful ones.
