Fair wouldn't fancy being one of the joe's in Thurles tomorrow

1.15- Kylestlyle a cert on its run behind Fahy's at Xmas

1.45- If Kalmann stands up it wins

2.15- Une Artiste different class to these plus 2nd fav is a dodge

2.45- Open contest, all 7 in with some sort of chance

3.15- Clondaw Court another good thing for team Mullins

3.45- Poor race, if head gear has desired effect on Sarabad should outclass these

Last race is a hunters chase which I know absolutely nothing about!

In Fairness he was never going to show up on drying ground over 2 Miles

Yes true bws,but just don't get why they ran him over 2 miles,Will hardly be fooling the handicapper.

No but might brush up the jumping travelling at faster pace.

Same with the JP horse in first.  That horse is still going to get a mark close to 100.  Didnt matter if he was placed today or not but was a total non jigger.  That Mark Walsh has some job for a hopeless journey man.

Walsh didn't look too interested in getting involved at the business end, the market spoke volumes general 5/4 this morning.

Horse is ordinary.  Wouldnt have won at Clonmel when it fell either.

The horse had no chance from the turn in regarless if Walsh pusehd the head off it.

Silver any chance the market could have got the odds wrong this morning???  Has been known to happen.  Thank god we dont all follow the fav's like you.  Mick 9694 and yourself must be the same person

Bigwill I'm hardly the only one who thinks the horse got an easy, I very seldom back in novice chases so I didn't have a bet in the race, and I far from only back favs in fact its mostly the opposite with me, as for me been the same person as Mick c'mon bigwill did you ever look at Micks spelling?.

You very seldom see me on threads that are critical about jockeys but I will if I feel its justified, in this case Ruby made very little effort that was there for all to see so I'm entiled to voice an opinion about it am I not?.

Thought the same Silver, didn,t even attempt to make an effort, made a slight mistake 3(?) out but never asked him to take closer order.

Very classy mare who will mop up these races on even softer ground.  She would have got it in stewards room anyway.  Thought Enright gave her poor ride.  Jumped into back of a few horses.  She will be a 145+ mare.  Great jumper.

une artist only got the one grade 3 win to its name after 17 races, not very inspiring in a race with potential horses ready to step
up into graded company. was always going to be the one to beat, overall profile didnt look impressive to me, especially taking a look at
its last few races and class standard they where. you would of thought the horse would of won a few graded races by now after all those runs.

Ended up leaving the race altogether lads when I saw BWS say the ground was drying out. Quito was my actual pick but I wouldn't have him at that trip when the ground isn't properly heavy. Apologies I couldn't add that PRE-RACE but there was someone on my shoulder just as I about to reply and I couldn't get back to it.

Didn't see Byerly Babe's race but she'd be starting to remind one of For Bill.

Another absolute shocker from a fancied Mullins inmate and yes I'm talking through my pocket that run was simply inexplicable even if the horse is hard to win with but to not even beat one horse home in one of the weakest handicaps he's ever contested leaves a wretched stench in my nostrils.

if ever a race gave u all the emotions that was it Cry ..... Never was travelling or looked like winning then got to the front turning it and thought she was going to get away with it ....then all the efforts to get back obviously took its toll

Just wondering workrider as I heard he had to be fitted with an oxygen mask after his exhaustive effort on Kalmann.
By:

When: 16 Jan 14 21:18
Well workrider what did you think of Rubys effort or lack of on Kalmann today and the absolutely dreadful run from Sarabad who had todays 5th horse 41Ls back at Leop last time only 6lb worse off, the shorter trip today the only difference from the Leop race.

Sarabad ran as if it was shot with a tank round so quickly did it lose touch with the field, no doubt the horse made a choking noise or had mucus in its lungs or broke a blood vessel or had some other excuse, minor ailments that would stop an African Bull Elephant never mind a horse.

Sorry  Silvergreaser , I never saw a race till now , I was down the country and had no chance to see any racing  till now ..Had a quick look back at Ruby on Kalmann and have to say , if that was a small guy , a long suspension would be on the menu , again the untouchables have no questions to answer ...

Kalmann got an extraordinary ride, brings looking after to a new level.

Last Instalment ran some race,he didnt look fully fit to me,I gave him no chance and was amazed to watch all the money for him, definitely one to follow.

Oscar Delta didnt look fully fit either neither did Boxer Georg,Oscar Delta was making a slight noise on the way to the start, normally you expect a horse like Oscar Delta to improve from that run but that noise would terrify me.

Agree re L.I..A step up in trip will bring this fellow into his own ..I'd say they will let Boxer George come to himself in his own time , more of a family pet than anything ...

surely jane would of known if it was major do some horses not make noise's that are just a trait of thier's
